The “Always Clean” Inspection

[ ] The “Smell Test”: Ensure the home smells neutralized and fresh, not “chemical.”

[ ] The “Touch Test”: Run a finger along the top of a door frame; it should be spotless.[ ] The Welcome Note: Leave your flyer and a “Welcome Home” or “Thank You” note on the kitchen counter for the new owners or the property manager.
